Stanza 1:
ஆயிரம் வாசல் இதயம், அதில் ஆயிரம் எண்ணங்கள் உதயம்
The heart has a thousand doors, a thousand thoughts being born.
யாரோ வருவார் யாரோ இருப்பார்
Someone will come in, someone will stay
வருவதும் போவதும் தெரியாது.
one wouldn't know the coming and going.
ஒருவர் மட்டும் குடியிருந்தால் துன்பம் ஏதுமில்லை
If there is just one residing in the heart, there is no chaos
ஒன்றிருக்க ஒன்றுவந்தால் எங்கும் அமைதி இல்லை
If there's one, and then one more, one would never find peace.
Stanza 2:
எங்கே வாழ்க்கை தொடங்கும், அது எங்கே எவ்விதம் முடியும்
where does life begin? When and how will it end?
இதுதான் பாதை இதுதான் பயணம், என்பது யாருக்கும் தெரியாது
'This is the path' and 'this is the journey' - nobody knows!
பாதையெல்லாம் மாறிவரும் பயணம் முடிந்துவிடும்
The paths will keep changing and the journey will come to an end.
மாறுவதை புரிந்து கொண்டால் மயக்கம் தெளிந்துவிடும்
If you understand that change, the illusion will vanish!
